“After seeing the vast mixed reviews of this property I was nervous for my stay, however, the only complaint I have/had was that the pillow was too firm. Everything else was perfect! The room I selected was very small (enough space for one person) The location is amazing, just a 5 minute walk into Malaga central, a supermarket right across the street, very quiet neighbourhood at night, the room had fully Working AC and the shower was amazing. “Wir hatten erneut eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Lorena. Da wir schon mehrmals dort waren sind die Erwartungen hoch, denn jedesmal fanden wir eine absolut vorbildliche Betreuung vor. So auch diesmal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Unterstützung des Personals vom Roomservice bis zu den Damen an der Rezeption. Naomi und ihre Kolleginnen sind absolut professionell und freundlich.”

“Wir waren für eine Woche hier und fanden es einfach toll. Mal ganz abgesehen davon, dass es ein sehr schönes Hotel ist, waren vir allem die vielen Angestellten alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Egal in welchem Bereich sie tätig sind. Die Lage ist auch super. Vom Flughafen braucht man etwa 20 Minuten mut dem Taxi. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß ebenfalls 20 Minuten entfernt. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir problemlos in der Hotelgarage parken. Unser Zimmer im 6 Stock war gross und sehr schön. Alles……

“A pousada é muito aconchegante, tem uma cozinha bem equipada com tudo que o hóspede possa necessitar, e tudo bem limpo e organizado. Só não é tão próxima ao centro da cidade, dá uma boa caminhada e outro ponto negativo é o sistema de encanamento do banheiro que não é muito bom, já que a água do chuveiro não escoa direito pro ralo, e acabou inundando o banheiro. Tirando isso, o bairro é excelente, muito silencioso e tranquilo, fora da agitação e com umas casas históricas lindas. ”
