"Hotel and staff were outstanding. Being able to use WhatsApp to arrange transport and answer any questions was super helpful. Samantha and Jonathan couldn’t do enough to make our stay - even going out to get some superglue for my broken glasses!
Location was at the end of South Tulum which meant quieter position but not as many places nearby without a lengthy walk or (expensive) taxi ride.
That said restaurant and food offerings were lovely (if not a little expensive - but that’s Tulum!) and breakfast had great healthy options.
Access to a beautiful beach but the mosquitoes were annoying - maybe some smaller incense burners like the ones used in the restaurant would help?
Overall a great place to stay to chill out and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Tulum."

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The room had that perfect “wild luxury” vibe: stylish yet close to nature, with thoughtful details everywhere.
