“The staff was awesome from the very beginning. They made me feel welcomed and took our bags even though we were checking in too early. They were professional and super sweet. The room was immaculate, super clean and with a great view. Better and cleaner hotel overall, our friends were staying at another hotel that cost more and got way less. The breakfast was decent, although I would have preferred the waffle machine instead of the puny pancakes. The rest of the food was great. With free……

“The Front desk clerk was very warm, friendly, and professional. It was late, and I was tired and cold and a bit upset because of some issue I had with my payment. She was very understanding and had it all sorted out in seconds. My room was immaculate. My disappointment was that the elevator was not working during the days I was there. I have a bad knee and had to take the stairs down to the breakfast room, which did not have much to choose from. Overall, my stay was good.”
