“What a comfortable and cozy place to stay! The location is perfect for a visit to Indiana --- close to downtown, IUP, shopping, and even a lovely park with hiking trails. Chris, our host, was terrific: great communication and the property was just as described. We enjoyed quiet walks in the neighborhood and the back deck is perfect for a morning or evening cup of coffee. The bed was comfy and the bath was well appointed. We had a wonderul stay. “What a lovely house! The 3 of us came in just to visit Punxsutawney and fell in love with Smicksburg! We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely return. The check in was simple and parking in the back worked out great. The kitchen is enormous, stocked with plenty of utensils/dishes, soap, plastic wrap, salt/pepper shakers. There aren't many restaurants in the area, so making full use out of the kitchen was very helpful. In addition, there was a cute little coffee/tea setup, full water...
