"Overall the property needs maintenance. Rusty moldings and gates. Pool was in the process of being restored. Art/ hangings in the halls were shabby looking. Our unit had no internet Tv in the bedroom. The unit was clean and properly maintained. Housekeeping properly kept up our room for us. Staff was very pleasant, hospitable and eager to accommodate us and to ensure our stay was pleasant. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves as it was during off peak time. "

"While the location was ok, the floor throughout was dirty and sticky. The coffee pot had an old used coffee filter in it filled with grounds and smelled moldy. The bathroom mirror was dirty and the shower was musty and damp. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked so loudly that we woke ourselves up just moving in our sleep. The heater/ac unit is one of those that you can buy at Walmart and had leaked a long brown stain onto the wall, nor did it put air out well. Overall just an awful stay that...

"Very quaint and quiet and very clean property. Excellent view across the waterway of the outside restaurants and many boats. The water view is very common soothing. I very much recommend this as a nice little getaway for a weekend, there are many things nearby and it still feels like you're away on a nice vacation... I will definitely be back"
