Sleeping Arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. On the ground level, a cozy bedroom with a daybed and trundle offers two twin beds, perfect for easy access to the pool area. On the mid-level, the master bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bath, and access to a private gulf-view balcony where you can watch the waves roll in. Two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed, offer comfort and privacy, with smart TVs for a relaxed evening in. A shared full bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo completes this floor.
Outdoor Living
Step outside to your private outdoor space, designed for sun-filled days and starry nights. The fully fenced backyard features a fire pit, ideal for gathering around with loved ones, and plenty of seating for lounging. Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets allowed). Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.
All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.
You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.
SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.
For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.
We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.
We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.
We have several board games for your enjoyment.
We do not live in the direct area but, I am close enough if there is an emergency.
