The hotel is described as welcoming - not true as the only person I met was at breakfast. The lights were off in the reception rooms when I explored after check in, so I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in there. Breakfast was adequate - toast, cereal, yogurt, etc. Room was big (I was in the Pink Room). The calking in the shower needs replacing as it’s mouldy. "
