"We had a lovely stay at PrimoPianoPosillipo, the property was a great location with amazing views. The cleaniness of room was great with a lady who came and cleaned each day and refreshed anything we needed. "

"The staff member I communicated with during check-in was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated how easy the late check-in process was. I also liked that the property was completely keyless, which made arrival very convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean upon arrival. There were visible hairs on the bedsheets that were not mine, hairs on the single towel provided (which I refused to use), and stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases. "Rooms were very clean, bed and linens comfortable. We were only about 10 minutes from the airport and taxi’s were easy to get. The had refreshments in the room for us…cokes, water, juice, & cookies. The bathroom was spotless and water pressure was great! The food was good… my daughter had the spaghetti. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again when traveling in Naples."

"Pros… Check in was efficient. Afternoon staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Location is amazing!! Cons… Mold and dust! If you have allergies don’t stay here. You exit the elevator to your room and it hits you like a brick. The place needs a complete refurbishment. Really unfortunate because the property could be great. But it’s horrible (the rooms). Stay somewhere else."
