“This house is a duplex and is at the base of the mountain and away from the busy touristy part of the island. It’s close to some excellent dinner and lunch options and beautiful beaches. There’s plenty to do within a short drive. The roads to the house are excellent for evening strolls and the wildlife is literally at your door. There are some sick mountain bike trails right behind the house and surfing and beach time is minutes away. We will definitely come back to this place if we are lucky……

Sala espaçosa, banheiro grande, vários utensílios na cozinha, lojinha completo no térreo, mas o maior destaque dele, sem dúvida, é a localização. De frente para o parque da Luz, ao lado de uma bakery e perto de várias atrações onde pude ir a pé, como a ponte Hercílio Luz, o Armazém Rita Maria, o Top Market, o Mercado Municipal, a praia, enfim, nota 10. Quando voltar a Floripa com a família, certamente ficarei nele novamente.”
