You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans across two levels, with a total area of 105 square meters. The living/dining room, measuring 28 square meters, features a double sofa bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a satellite TV, and air conditioning. It also provides access to the terrace. One of the rooms, measuring 18 square meters, is equipped with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, a satellite TV, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has air conditioning and provides access to the garden. There is an additional shower/WC on this level. The top floor houses two rooms, each measuring 17 square meters, with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 110 to 245 cm with a rooflight. Each room is furnished with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. The house features forced-air heating, but there is no heating option available.
