Liked the hotel due to it was walkable to market & several sights but air conditioning didn’t work the best as it took a long time to cool the room and hallways were hot. condition of facilities was just fair as there were some carpet stains and some wall paper peeling in room

I’ve been fortunate to travel to around 50 countries and stay at about 20 different resorts, but this one truly stole my heart. It is by far the most beautiful place I have ever experienced, both inside and out. From the moment you step into the reception area—absolutely mind-blowing—you can feel the magic of this resort. Everything is spotless; it’s so clean you could eat off the floors. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. This resort isn’t just a stay—it’s an unforgettable experience that sets a whole new standard for hospitality. 5 stars not enough for this place!!!

"I love everything about the Grand Hyatt Jeju. It has wonderful staff, the rooms are great. We were even upgraded to sea view rooms cause the hotel could not accommodate adjoining room with our parent. Everything is great except it is too big. It feels like a Las Vegas resort.
