“Had a great 25th anniversary get away! This location is close to several waterfalls. We brought our kayaks, kayaked to the bottom of Burgess falls. Then drove to the park, to hike and enjoy the scenery of top of the falls. The room had plenty of towels and wash rags. Love that the room had starter paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold!! Check in was a breeze! The host was available via phone call for any questions.”

“We like to paddle board on this lake so this tiny house had everything we needed for a 2 day getaway. It had a view of the lake, plenty of room for us, and everything was clean. The patio area was enjoyed in the evening and the morning where we watched and listened to the sounds of the birds and the lake. The front door lock was not working well but the owner replied promptly that a new one was to be installed as soon as it was received. We would return to this property.”

“Large secluded home with a big fenced back yard.Nice concrete pad to shoot hoops in the basketball goal. Close to McMinnville with plenty of choices of restaurants. 25 minutes from Rock Island State Park.”

“Really nice cabin, great settling. The carpet could use a cleaning and the silverware was very limited, but we would still definitely stay there again.”

“This was such a fun experience and I’m so glad we got to stay in Trolley Parton. We loved the atmosphere! We were a little surprised that there is no door or curtain on the bathroom, but we made it work. We followed the suggestions that you gave and we loved them all. Thanks for everything!!!”

“Truly the best experience. Beautiful location, amenities, and home. Beyond that amazing hosts that went above and beyond for our stay. Host communicated very well. Will definitely be back and book again. Home had Canoe and kayaks also that created a wonderful experience at the lake. Home was clean, location was fantastic and well thought out for a stay with all basic amenities needed for an enjoyable time. Firepit and overhead lighting was absolutely beautiful. “This place was super cute. We enjoyed having the privacy it provided but, for the price...I think we couldve done better. Super nice firepit, the full kitchen was nice to have, and having a nice bed and clean towels for showering was amazing. The propane heater stopped working for us halfway through our stay. We didnt have hot water to shower, or wash dishes which is rough when it's cold out (it rained on us for three days). But overall not too bad.”

“Large space.Advertised as having a futon in one of the bedrooms, which is the reason I booked it originally. Futon not there. This was rectified quickly, as they brought over a twin fold up bed. Nice view at the top of the hill. Reimbursed half of what I paid originally for stay, since we moved to another location (Sieverville) since there was way more to do) (I should have paid more attention to the fine print) . More things to do on site would have been very nice. Good to deal with. ……
