"Loved breathless soul! The staff were amazing and made us feel very comfortable. Very clean room and facility. We liked that there were multiple pools, lots of chairs/seating options, the beachfront was directly on the property which was great, food was surprisingly good for a resort (we went in expecting mediocre and ended up pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of the food). The only downside was the aggressive push to use the added “experiences”. We understand upselling is normal but the 5 emails/messages about the “coupons” and excursion options plus the “tour” which ended in a 20 minute review of the add ons was a bit much. Overall a 5/5 experience for us however. We will definitely be returning in the future."
