“Very close to the historic Madrid attractions.. small, but comfortable”

“Lovely property with everything we needed. I would recommend that if you are tall, you watch out for head space in the bedroom area, as it’s quite low. It’s also a bit of a way out from the main tourist area of Madrid, so if you prefer to be closer, this place might not be for you. But we enjoyed being in a quieter area. ”

“Really nice little flat. Bars and cafes in the neighborhood were real cheap: breakfast for 5 for 20, dinner for 100, 2 rounds of drinks for 5 for 50.It took us about 15 minutes by car to go to the center of Madrid. Parking is a beast in Madrid though. The shower was a bit small, but the WiFi was fast.”

“Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday.”

“Sergio greeted us at 7am, showed us around the apt., and even left coffee, water and milk for us to get started. The place is charming, with two bedrooms facing the pedestrian-only street and one quiet one in the back. The bathroom is small but adequate; the kitchen has what you need. Central location and so much to do! Easy walk to bus, train, uber, shopping and groceries. We would definitely go back!”

“Great apartment and location. Only negative would be how loud the street was at night. If this is not a concern for sleeping, the place is wonderful.”
