“This is our 2nd year at this property. We were in town for the Gaither Family Fest at Gatlinburg Convention Center. Quiet and not too far from Interstate. Easy access to the Smokie mountain national park which we enjoyed so very much.”

It's a decent option but I personally would look for something else based on my experience.Positives: pics are accurate; host quickly responds; working level 2 EV charger; fully stocked kitchen; newer construction and clean; 2 min. walk to Madden Bald Trailhead and 12 min. drive to the Cosby Picnic Area; and is a 35-40 min drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Negatives: Musty/mildewy smell on the first level. Host misrepresents the property as……

“Clean room, the staff working breakfast was doing their very best to keep up with the all the guest, the amenities were awesome”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”
