“Wir waren wegen Verkehrsstörungen erst nach 22:00 Uhr am Hotel und hatten Bescheid gesagt. Die Mitarbeiterin ist dafür dann extra etwas länger geblieben und hat uns sehr freundlich eingecheckt.
