“Harry was such a pleasure to work things out with; I had planned a trip and ended up rather late on it, but had zero issues with communicating and getting the whole thing sorted. Great vibes and very reminiscent of farmland across the country. “One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!”

“My family and I stayed while our son played at Dreams Park. Excellent location and perfect for 4 of us! The pool was great to keep my other kids entertained during down time. Multiple shared washers and dryers were a great perk! The open field was also great for my children to play volleyball and wiffle ball! Would definitely stay again!”

“We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out.
