We were there for a horse show at the equestrian center and the property was perfect! There is a loft but it is for small child a grown adult cannot get into this space. The sofa is not a sleeper sofa. The place was clean the outside can use some serious yard maintenance. The surrounding area is not ideal for a single mother. ”
