The staff was very nice and enough English to communicate. The only small complaint is the next to the hotel is a pub and the music plays until 1:00 in the morning. Make sure you bring earplugs. "

    "Our host met us at the clock tower to bring us to the parking location. We were given an apple tea on arrival while we were checking in. Great on a cooler day. Our room was very comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was small but functional. Great location on the river. Easy walking distance to everything. Breakfast was great with very nice with homemade breads and jams and omelet. jams. "
