“very good budget with stay in a calm / nice area. there's mcdonalds and carrefour just next two blocks aways. walking 10 minutes to La Rochelle old town center.

“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour (2 adultes 3 enfants) le logement est plutôt propre , il manque un peu d'entretien mais vraiment rien de méchant, le rapport qualité prix est vraiment top. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais des ventilateurs sont a disposition. La piscine très agréable mais je pense qu'en pleine saison elle doit être limite niveau place. Pour nous, début juillet, rien a redire c'était vraiment bien ”

“C'était notre 2eme séjour à la villa et, tout comme la première fois, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maryelle. La maison, parfaitement bien située en ville, est toujours aussi calme et sa piscine toujours aussi agréable.Et bien sûr nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le message des propriétaires à notre arrivée !
