Allegany State Park Alquiler en el Bosque

A great place to stay in a nice quiet location, right next to Allegheny Park. Sid was a great host and "Pup" the dog was a great companion and watch dog. I would go here again.

From the moment I booked until the moment I hit the road, Sid was a great host, took good care of me and worked hard (successfully) to make sure I got exactly what I wanted out a the stay at his “Camp”. The Camp is a beautiful spot nestled into the woods, peaceful, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Easy provisioning at the local grocery store with Olean close enough if you want fancier stuff. Although I chose to spend most of my time sitting and reading, playing water fetch with my Golden Retriever in the lake and strolling through the forest in the backyard contemplating the meaning of life, there were certainly plenty of opportunities for hiking, a trip (or hike) into the park, day trips to other local towns, etc ... all well described and laid out in the notebook in the living room and the info sent prior to arrival. I loved the sounds, smells and energy of the Camp - it took me where I needed to be. Thanks, Sid, for a great week. I feel like I’ve made a friend. Conversation with you was truly one of the highlights of my week.

We enjoyed the tranquility of the area. It was so peaceful and quite. Within driving distance to many exciting things to do or stay and play pool, which my children loved. Super family get away. Great property host as well. We will definitely revisit.
