“This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. ”

“We got to the home late Wednesday night so first thing Thurs. morning we ventured for coffee. Met the neighbor who was super friendly and guided us to a coffee shop. Home is really large and has lots of sitting area. Backyard is lovely and we walked all over the place. Parking is super close to the home . Love love love this and would stay here again for sure! ”

“Our family had an excellent, memorable stay, including our pups. The home offered plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone to sprawl out and was wonderfully quiet and private. Each evening we watched the sunset over the marsh from the backyard, which backs up to the dunes and felt magical; the fire pit was also a nightly favorite. It’s also an easy walk to the main strip and many beach access points. Micheal was incredibly friendly and responsive, Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful apartment. 20 minutes to the beach or to salem. Decent neighborhood. The apartment was perfect- probably the cleanest one ive ever been in. Beds sp comfortable. Only issue was there is only one parking space. We couldnt park in the lot across the way (bank threatened to tow us, even though clearly others used it overnight). Pleanty of street parking though! We had 3 cars.”

“You walk down the back steps and you’re on the sand, what more could you ask for? Well, this place offers more. It was clean, comfortable and had pretty much all your need when away from home – and it had grill, which gets extra points in my book. Plus, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the arcades, shops and food. As advertised, the parking is tight, but we didn’t have an issue at all. Sean quickly responded to my questions. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“The house was beautiful and very clean. I loved the goodies that were left for us as well as the stocked refrigerator and all of the paper products. It was also nice to know that if I forgot something important, like my toothbrush that there were new toothbrushes that I could take. I love the small deck at the front of the house as well as the back deck with a very clean grill that I used. The walk to the beach wasn't that far. I had a great time and will be back.”
