9/10 Wonderful! (577 reviews)
Me and my 9 year old had an awsome time we were so happy with our room and the staffs were all sooo amazing. And the best part is its in the center of everything and walking distance to the Interlaken ost station. Def would come back and stay again.

9/10 Wonderful! (359 reviews)
We stayed at Hapimag for 5 nights and had a mixed experience.
Location: Very central, with Interlaken Ost and West both about a 10–15 minute walk. Convenient, but less so when temperatures are in the high 80s and there is no AC.
No AC: None of the rooms have AC. The small plastic fans provided are poor quality and mainly circulate air. Opening the balcony door helps at night, but lets in bugs and, depending on your neighbors, cigarette smoke.
Rooms: Spacious and comfortable, with a useful kitchenette and clean bathrooms. The pool looked clean and the kids’ play area is a nice addition. However, the exterior looks much better online, and the colorful balcony shutters are unattractive.
Service: Housekeeping is limited and guests must take their own trash outside. Items like an iron, microwave, or body lotion must be requested and often collected yourself.
Resort? Calling yourself a “resort” does not make you one. This property is nowhere close to a true resort. It feels more like an apartment-style hotel/Airbnb with fewer services. The “we are not a hotel, we are a resort” explanation from staff doesn’t change that.
Breakfast: Decent selection, but exactly the same every day. Early breakfast (7:30–8) was fresh and clean; by 10, items were often empty and the area less clean. Staff could be more proactive with clearing tables, refilling food, and providing cups.
Overall: An okay stay, mainly because of the room size and location, but nothing special enough to make us retu

Beautiful and grand hotel, spacious room, great views, best breakfast I have ever had in luxurious hotels. Great location about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Love this hotel and definitely will return when we are in Interlaken again

"You cannot beat the location. Very close to the train station and right on the main walkway that lines the lake. While I have read others rave about the breakfast, we did not feel the same way. 30CHF was a bit steep. While there was a wide selection of food - pancakes, an egg station, cheese/meet ..."

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,013 reviews)
"Staff is great, amenities are lacking. One would think smart tv’s would be everywhere, allow you to log in to watch tv. Old TV’s, poor channel selection, and ok mattress, not very comfortable. No parking nearby, if you have several bags you will struggle getting them to the hotel. Currently construction ..."
