Perfect location. Everything very near. The pool did not have water. We had children ready to swim in the pool. We were disappointed. No AC. Only fan which made a lot of noise. It was super hot. My son had to step out and sleep on a small couch. Lots of mosquitoes (nothing to do with the hotel). If the hotel had AC and working pool, it would be a very nice hotel.

Hotel state is so different from the pictures. There is NO sign hotel o Playita. Parking place is so tight that all customers have to take out cars through a small gate to be able to get out if you’re not last to get there... in which case you to go and dive out for others to leave. Don’t expect to leave for a restaurant without your car. They had no clue about our reservation because they haven’t got any computer. Room is unsafe (a huge mirror was put on the floor with no attach whatsoever, any child would touch it it would cut him in two). Tv is not working. The fridge was broken and full of mold, disgusting. Pool was with lights broken and electric cables loose inside the water. Pool ladder was so rusted, and there were huge dead cockroaches inside the water. All chaise-longue are dirty and with torn pillows. Don’t expect to pay by credit card as it’s all in their pocket although Expedia charge you 18% taxes, they keep those 18% for themselves. No breakfast because “she can’t do everything” as we were told. (At least that a good point seeing the dirty place) We live in this country and it’s the first time we dislike a hotel, and price is crazy for what you get. Should be from 500 to 800 pesos, ya $10 to us $20 max. Good points are half rooms have working AC and there is hot water. Yeepee

Very nice location.
The hotel could use some remodeling. The staff is really nice, helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying. But remember it is not a 5-star hotel so don't expect luxury. Something that that would recommend the owners of this place is to add mattresses covering to all their mattresses to prevent dust mites/bed bugs spreading or even getting any. The location is great overall.
