The place was beautiful but most importantly it was safe. The owner of this place Alexis, was so hospitable and courteous i have no complaints. The privacy is amazing , trees of guava avacado, and others are spread through the property. Definitely would recommend this place for any family

Alex is an Amazing host

The house is Gorgeous but defiantly showing her age. If you are a sit around the house and hire a chef type of person then this is for you. If you like to go out to dinner and see the town like we do, then I would suggest a closer location to where you want to visit... We thought 15 minutes from Condado would not have been a big deal but I easily racked up 500 in uber charges and had a lot of trouble getting uber to accept rides back to this area. FYI it is remote and does NOT have an address. We would joke as it was the longest 15-16 minutes and drivers did NOT want to drive us back, I would have 2-3 cancelled uber rides every night! As for Alex he is AMAZING and very attentive, we were there during the black out and Alex said what black out... He had a HUGE generator running the remainder of our stay... Whatever you wanted he was happy to find it for us... Even fireworks for the new year!
