It is located in Nueva San Miguel, a private and safe residential area with a 24/7 security guard. This home offers amenities such as Wifi, outdoor pool, basketball courts, and a park for the little ones. A kids-friendly home. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and malls at a 10-minute walk.

✔️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
✔️ No pets allowed
✔️ No smoking inside the home
✔️ No parties, events, or commercial photography
✔️ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
✔️ Max 6 guests overnight
✔️ Pool access is shared within the gated community; please follow all posted pool rules and respect quiet hours.
✔️ Have photo ID available for security gate.
✔️ No parties at any time.
✔️ Do not lock bedroom doors. If you lock yourself out, getting a key to open them may take time.
✔️ No more than 6 people are allowed overnight. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund if there is a party.
✔️ Close all windows and doors before leaving the home.
✔️ Dispose of trash in the designated area.
✔️ Turn off lights and air conditioning before leaving the home at any point during your stay to maintain property costs accessible for the next guest.
✔️ Do not leave food in the refrigerator after check-out.
✔️ You may use the washer and dryer for free, but please be mindful of energy use and cleanliness.
✔️ Public spaces in the neighborhood cannot be used for more than 6 people gatherings.
✔️ Park only in designated spaces.
✔️ Be mindful of electricity consumption; do not waste it.
✔️ Do not eat on sofas and beds.
✔️ Do not sit or stand on furniture that is not designed for it.
✔️ If you expect visitors, please report them through this chat so we can notify the condominium. Unreported visitors will not be allowed in.
✔️ If the apartment is left with tobacco odors, similar smells, or stains on bed linens, towels, or furniture from any fluids or bodily residues, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
✔️ If you would like to check in early or drop bags off, we will gladly assist you if we can accommodate you at an extra charge, but you must let us know beforehand.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
