“The property is a work in progress and not for the faint of heart. But with a sense of adventure and the proper attitude it is well worth it. Dominic was a very responsive host and went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. He even took time to wait for us and point out a side trail to downtown that we would surely have missed on our own. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and breakfast was beautiful and tasty.”

“Love this place. It may seem small but it has everything it needs!! Fully surrounded by trees and nature, and there’s even a little river close by. There is hot water, and also an included breakfast, loved this since I didn’t have to worry about waking up and trying to come up with something to eat. If he food was really good. Both Hosts were just lovely and amazing. Really would come back here.”

“We had a wonderful time visiting Samana and surrounding areas to celebrate recently getting married and an upcoming milestone bday for my husband. We loved the location and the house! The host was very responsive and we communicated for over a month on details leading up to the trip. She even helped me arrange a cake delivery as a surprise for my hubby. “- The listing needs to be updated. There was two different prices for electricity posted and a third price was given in a message from the host.- We arrived shortly after the posted check-in time and the cleaners were still there and the gardener was making a mess in the yard.Communication with the host was off putting. He wanted us to meet him at a bank and I assume follow him to the property. It wasn't our first time to the area, so we knew our way around and knew where the property was……
