The hotel is fine if you need a bed and AC near the heart of Firenze. Their WiFi only consistently works in the lobby. My phone was stolen when I arrived at the train station. Apple was able to help me replace it. I had to spend much of my first two days in Florence at the Apple Store to retire my iCloud backup to the new phone since the hotel WiFi didn’t work in my room. It wasn’t feasible for me to spend the day in the lobby. At least there was good AC at the Apple Store. I wouldn’t stay here again. It may be good for

It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)
