This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A, “Southern Charm” is a beautiful home located just steps away from Camp WaterColor! This lovely home offers 4 bedrooms, a bunk space, 4 full bathrooms. The house also comes with 5 bikes for your family to enjoy during your beach vacation! This home comes with 10 watercolor wristbands, children 5 and under do not need a wristband.

This beautiful home greets you with a front porch that offers the perfect spot to relax each morning with your coffee. The expansive entryway flows into the spacious living room. The gourmet kitchen is great for those who love to cook for their family and friends with stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage available. A guest bedroom is located on the first floor with a king sized bed and a large work desk. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry room on the first floor for convenience.

The second floor features a master bedroom that has a spacious walk-in closet and has access to the front balcony to enjoy the stunning views of WaterColor. The master bathroom offers a dual sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Next you will find the bunk space that has two twin over twin bunks. Two additional king guest bedrooms can be found on the second floor with each having their own ensuite bathrooms. The outdoor space of this home is just as lovely as the inside space.
