The house is conveniently located, very attractive interior and backyard with nice amenities. On Day 2 the washer would not work despite multiple texts and phone calls to the property management company there was little to no response. We ended up taking our blotches snd the house towels to a laundry mat. Finally, on the day we were leaving we got a text back that s technician would be there next Tuesday (four days after we left). It is thirty minutes to Sonoma and Napa. It has many great restaurants, wineries and loved the Russian River brewing company’s beer ! Lots of light with those big windows to look into the great backyard to see the hummingbirds feeding. House was exceptionally clean when we arrived and was "easy to use": door code worked, wifi worked, cable worked. The neighborhood is quiet but walkable to a market and some shops a few blocks away. Bar and grocery store located super close. Property has all amenities, modern appliances and very comfortable beds. Great yard and a barbecue that works well. The backyard outdoor area was a wonderful place to relax in the evening. The kitchen worked well for the meals we had at the house. The beds were very comfortable.
