"Absolutely loved the onsens. Especially the larger one with the sauna and cold plunge. The free treats in the room, after onsen, and after dinner were such a special touch really enjoyed our stay."

"Was a good stay and the in room onsen was a bonus. Breakfast and dinner were great though the dinner menu was very similar over the two nights we dined there. Service levels were consistently good though it's odd that they didn't clean our room on the second day. Overall it was a good enjoyable stay. P.S. while the hotel is near Gora station on paper, the walk there is incredibly exhausting with steep stairs and an endless incline. So if you're bringing young ones along, do take note."
