此酒店兩年前入住過，得到良好印象，因此這次再與全家及介紹友人入住。但到達酒店後遇一黃髮三四十歲女工作人員，態度非常不友好，告訴我們酒店原本的代客泊車服務不存在了，讓我們自行將車泊去遙遠的公眾停車場。我們正因此酒店有此服務所以我們一行才於四個月前預訂了三間房并當時付費的。而且在我們到達酒店才得知，事前沒有任何通知。我們堅決反對並據理力爭，經過反覆交涉才爭取回我們應有的泊車權利。酒店的其他員工態度很好，唯那黃髮前台服務員態度怪異失常令人不解。使酒店原本良好印象打了折扣。 wong hurk marn

We just spent 4 nights at this hotel and absolutely adored it. The breakfasts were exceptional, the rooms were clean, a very nice size and very well appointed and the staff so friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and lots of restaurants nearby. The town itself was dreamy. Many of the homes are covered in flowers and plants. Not touristy like many of the towns that we have visited and extremely walkable. My husband loved taking a dip in the pool every afternoon and every time we walked outside the flowers on the linden trees all over the town filled the air with the best smell . We both did not want to leave. What a special place.

Tutto proporzionale al prezzo, ovvero medio-basso. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi ma arredate in modo spartano, i condizionatori sono vecchi, rumorosi e si comandano solo con la centralina sul muro ( no telecomando, no programmazione). La sala colazione è uno stadio di calcio, e il buffet si raggiunge solo percorrendo alcune decine di metri. Se sei in sala vicino alla vetrata, arrivare alle brioche è un'impresa. Nei momenti di maggiore richiesta scompare l'acqua calda, mentre il wifi è proprio inesistente. Infine le piscine sono piccole per un albergo così grande. Tuttavia, come detto, per il prezzo pagato non si può chiedere molto di più.
