The kitchen boasts an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom and a room with a single bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). There is also an exit to the terrace and patio, as well as a shower/bidet/WC. The home features gas heating and natural stone floors.
