We were very comfortable here. Beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well!! The weather was perfect for the end of June. We have been to Seattle before, and they like their coffee strong, but what Payton provided was perfect at this venue. Payton was very attentive and communicated with us very promptly so all our questions were answered. We loved the convenience of the neighborhood to Ballard and the grocery store was very close. Our only surprise was that we got a ticket parking on 57th street of 60.00 because apparently there is a law that you cannot park within 5 feet of a driveway. The parking on the street is tight and we were in a 7 seater van.

Perfect Ballard Property

We had a delightful stay in this property and will absolutely stay again! Everything was spotless, well appointed and easy to find. The neighborhood is walkable and we found easy parking on the street. An excellent choice in Ballard.

Ballard Pad

Our time in Ballard was very comfortable. The neighborhood is great- Sunday market was wonderful. There was also a parade while we were there. We walked from the apartment to the locks. It was beautiful. May places close-by to eat. We would stay here again in the future. Loved the setup of the rental. Three bedrooms with baths was just right.

Comfortable and spacious townhouse in a great Seattle location

We enjoyed walks to the locks and botanical garden, as well as great meals in Ballard. Very comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen (with lots of coffee and tea and coffee-making equipment), off-street parking, a lovely little patio, excellent communication from the owner--no complaints whatsoever! Hoping to return soon.

Ballard treasure

Wonderful property, the owner couldn’t be more informative or accessible. Immaculate, great kitchen and many well thought out amenities. My whole family loved it. These are not set backs, however you be made aware. If you have multiple vehicles parking can be a challenge and if stairs are a problem. This property is 3 stories. Note: I would book this property again in a heartbeat.

Frustrating communication, cell phone black hole. Inadequate/excessive heating.

This was an extremely frustrating stay. Having requested bedding for the pullout bed two days before arrival and not having said bedding available when we arrived cause for a very uncomfortable first night. This location is in a cell phone back hole, extremely poor or nonexistent coverage inside the unit. The owners did not provide a Wi-Fi address. After asking for a Wi-Fi address, they gave me the wrong one. It wasn’t until the very last night that I actually got a working Wi-Fi address after several back-and-forth communications with the owner. The first step on every staircase was to high and out of code, creating an awkward first step on the top of each staircase. The outside stairs were unlit and difficult to navigate at night. In one bedroom, the heat would not turn off. In another bedroom, there was an AC unit in the window, allowing cold air to continuously pour on each side of the unit. Also, this bedroom did not have adequate heating so it was extremely cold. Personally, I would rather not have to communicate with the owner once I’m in a unit. Instead, I had to have multiple communications with the owners just to have my basic comforts met. The unit did have some nice features however they all took a backseat to the discomfort. I would absolutely not recommend this unit or owners to anyone.

phenomenal attention to the details

We had an amazing experience staying at this place! Everything was fantastic, and my friends and I truly enjoyed our New Year’s night here. The attention to detail was phenomenal, making the stay even more special. If we ever plan another trip to this area, we’ll definitely come back again!

Great weekend, great stay

The house was perfect for our weekend girls trip! The house was clean and nicely decorated. The home is located close to so many great restaurants and only 2 blocks from QFC - very walkable! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Fabulous location

We had a great time. It was a perfect set up for everyone, having the two suites upstairs was just what we needed. Excellent walking distance into Ballard. We just had the best time and would recommend staying here to anyone.

The house that’s in Ballard is such a great location! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and grocery store! Payton was so attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I appreciate the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals! Our stay was perfect!
