Great steakhouse open for lunch and dinner. Closest breakfast site about quarter mile away. Pool is off property aways and towels have to be checked out at desk. $25 fee if not turned in upon checking out but front desk not open when we checked out so don't know if our return was credited back to credit card $250 deposit.

Great property in a nice location for walking the beach or to restaurants. Unfortunately two of our 3 bedrooms butted up to the bar, and it was karaoke night. We could hear every song and cheer until at least 11pm. I ended up sleeping on the couch. We asked about changing rooms but were told they had no vacant rooms to move us to. Definitely disappointed when this was a stopover on the beginning of our trip and it started with little sleep.

It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even though I asked if we can use it. Unusable and the fire table no propane tank just lying there. Inside good. Only we had to replace the batteries on the smoke detector. One of our washcloths in bathroom gross and bloody. Not goood. Had to ask for keys to garage was not in your book. We did see whales hanging in the area. I would not have pets there dangerous yard. Soo much sand out front. Could have been cleaned or swept for new guests arrival.

Overall, the property was clean and well maintained. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects to our stay. First, there was no complimentary Wi-Fi. Unless you are a WorldMark member staying at the property, you have to pay an additional fee for internet access, which was unexpected and frustrating. Second, the unit was advertised as a two bedroom, but it was actually a one bedroom with a murphy bed in the living room. This was misleading, as we expected two separate bedrooms. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do because all of the rental suites are set up this way. Was not happy and was mis represented.
