"The best part about this property , besides r lush well kept landscaped gardens , the beautiful beach to view the sunset , is really the Malaysian hospitality . The staff genuinely try their best to help and make your stay as good as they can it . Special mention to Jerony Harvey & Azrul who gave great service !! Thank you . "

"No parking available so we parked at the mall adjacent to the hotel. Our flights are at 9am so we checked out at 5.30am but door to mall car park is locked by mall staff. Walked up car ramps to car park from outside but could not leave as payment must be made inside the mall which open at 10am. There are also no security personnel at mall to help us. Fortunately a kind hotel was was able to call mall parking attendant to come over in motorbike so we can pay and leave the car park. Fortunately we had ample time and did not miss our flights. "

"Not bad not great. The place needs some upkeep, but they trying. You can tell at one time this was a very nice place, but that was a time ago. The beach is nice and the AC worked for the most part. There is limited dining close by. And we did see a couple cockroaches in the place. One was huge. For what we were doing on vacation I think I would have been happier staying at the Marriott in KK for MYR 20 less a night. "
