This condo is a corner unit with one screened lanai--and two outdoor patios. One patio with 3 steps down to the grass. Besides the 2 bedrooms, living room, and dining room there is also a den/bedroom/bonus room --this room can be used many different ways. Good size for our family who was doing distance learning and working. Great pool! Really not walking distance to beach but a short drive and many options to get there.
