"I had a minor issue upon checking into my room, but the manager was incredibly responsive and had it resolved in no time. I want to give special recognition to Maria at the front desk; she was wonderful, helping me with my luggage and providing temporary accommodations with a smile while my room was being sorted. She is truly the best! Additionally, Karen at the front desk was always pleasant, professional, and more than willing to assist with any needs throughout my stay. The level of service provided by the staff made for a great experience."

"My wife and I stayed one night after a long international flight. We were tired and just needed a comfortable bed in a cozy room. ✔️ and ✔️ . We were a bit late getting in so the cheerful staff was helpful checking us in and.pointing us to our room. We also wanted a good tasty breakfast in the morning"

"My family stayed here for the weekend. We came to town for Howard’s Bison Day. The location was convenient and within walking distance to the metro and restaurants. You could choose to park in nearby lots but we chose the valet at the hotel which was convenient."
