“We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. It was immaculate and their is a Whole Foods just a block and a half away or a costco a short drive away. We loved cooking on the grill on the deck and the guys enjoyed having the gas fireplace and couches there as well! Lovely place!”

“We stayed here for UMass Family weekend which is about 40 minutes away. The home is beautifully decorated (many indoor plants), very well-equipped and has wonderful outdoor landscaping. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need. David is excellent for communication and the on-site manager Willy is equally as fantastic. I’d honestly give the experience 10 stars. Everything was so easy, we would definitely stay here again!!”

“Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River.
