"Apartment was nice and clean on the inside. The only reason I gave a few fours was the smell and loud neighbors. There is a burnt weed/food smell in the buildings and apartment but you get used to it lol. The neighbors were partying and loud all night. My favorite area was the balcony however, there was a light strobing at night that made it hard to sit out there and you could see it in the main bedroom. No communication was received until I had to contact host to get address and key code when we arrived. Tried to reach out to host regarding a partial refund because of Hurricane Helene hitting Atlanta and Florida but said we had to cancel prior to checkin Date. Tell me how that is possible when hurricane took a turn so no way to cancel before end...

"This apartment is a great stay for the price, it was clean and has everything you need to prepare your meals if you want to, there is a Publix store and restaurants less than 5 min away. The host stayed in touch and was helpful in guiding when needed. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars on location is because the community is not well cared for, there is a dog park in the community but doesn’t look like they pick up often.
