“Located across the street from Baystate Medical Center, this B&B is located in a residential house. Each room is individually decorated. Our room was clean but small, ok for 1 night’s stay. The kitchen area where one eats breakfast (included) is small and cramped. The owner prepares the hot breakfast, a hot egg dish, with a large pastry, all home made.”

“In a word -- exquisite!”

“I stayed here while in town for a family wedding, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Both Wayne and Kim made me feel right at home with their warm and welcoming hospitality. As someone traveling alone, I deeply appreciated both the safety and the incredible peace and quiet of the property. My room was exceptionally cozy and comfortable, I loved all of the old antique charm, and the bed was very comfy. The entire B&B was spotless, with everything you would need, including extra towels. ……

“This inn is beautiful, situated on a waterfall! Priscilla, the innkeeper, is so gracious. The room was exceptionally clean, and the homemade continental breakfast was delicious - especially the biscuits! When I needed a tow from AAA, I was able to wait in the inn's commons room. As a solo traveller, I would absolutely stay here again. Very highly recommended!!”

“Glenn and Sheryl were wonderful and it’s a gorgeous property.”

“the hostess did a great job and the breakfasts were amazing”
