Nice place to be

Close enough to everything!

Love the location! The listing and pictures seemed a little dated once we arrived and there were a few small issues with the property. Jolene in the office was very helpful and worked diligently to resolve our small issues. The explorie program is neat but not nearly as much value as it would seem by the listing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice little place 🌴

Family of four spent 4 nights 3 days here. Great find for the budget. The heated pool & hot tub are very close to this apt (go through the farthest door from unit and follow boardwalk to the facilities).The other 2 pools and hot tub are also walking distance. The beach is an easy walk for someone in decent shape but could prove challenging for someone carrying lots of gear, very young children, lazy teenagers or one who tires easily. Grocery store and large surf shop are close by along with some restaurants. The condo is bright and inviting. It was clean and had enough supplies to accommodate 4 adults. The queen bed is a bit uncomfortable (worn out in the middle) and the celing fan makes a squeaking noise that kept us awake the first night. We bought a fan and it helped. The twin beds had no complaints. The kitchen is well equipped. Be sure to take a picture of your welcome packet. There are codes and numbers you may need. The residents and guests were very nice. Also, as a guest in the "I" building you will have access to the roof top which is VERY close to this unit. The views are incredible! Especially sun rise/set and moonlit nights! We would definitely stay in this unit again!

We liked being on the top floor with no units above us. The open layout of this condo is really nice. The kitchen is large and there is ample counter space. Dish towels and a drying pad need to be provided for guests. The queen bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. Both the twin beds in the second bedroom were noisy. Every time a person moved in one of the twin beds it made loud, squeaky noises. The remote/TV in the master bedroom did not work.

Family vacation first time in St Augustine

This Condo was absolutely amazing and met every expectation! It was clean and felt like home right when we walked in. The kids had a absolute blast and we loved that it was so spacious especially with a toddler. We would definitely go back to this property.

Great stay

The property was amazing! While it was a spacious apartment, it felt cozy at the same time. It all had all new appliances and electronics. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great! It is in a great location just minutes away from downtown St. Augustine. Will definitely recommend to others and will plan to stay there again if available! Thank you again!

Living the dream in St. Augustine

Lush landscaping, beautiful Hibiscus plants, the buildings are painted a muted blue, so they blend against the sky and compliment all the foliage, quiet, well maintained, clean, friendly staff, friendly residents, close to great restaurants and shopping, amazing beaches with private access. A true Oasis!

Nice stay for the most part

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great complex and is a quick walk to the beach. There are 3 different pools to check out and lots of parking. The condo was beautifully decorated. However, the floor was quite sandy upon arrival, there was a good amount of hair in the tub drain (where I needed to bathe my 1 year old) and we were not supplied with any paper towels/napkins and were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 trash bag. We have never had to buy these products at other airbnb properties before. A second garbage bag would have at least been nice so we didn't have to buy an entire box. I did text the property manager to see if there were any extra supplies but I never received a response. Unfortunately, the most frustrating thing was the unexpected fire alarm that went off a little before 9 am one morning. Of course we followed the drill and immediately went outside. Come to find out that the fire alarms were scheduled to be tested that day. We understand that these things happen but we received no notice from either the front office nor property manager. Had we known to expect a drill then we could have planned accordingly and used that time more wisely vs standing in the parking lot in our pajamas with a 1 year old for 30 minutes. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was nice to have the tub option in the one bathroom as well. The washer and dryer really came in handy. I would advise the property managers to get new mattresses for the beds. My husband, mother, and I did not get good sleep due to the stiffness and over-exaggerated creakiness of all 3 beds. Overall, I would definitely stay in this complex again in the future but not in this condo unless there were some improvements.

Cute, comfortable, just needs a few fixes

Overall it was a very nice place. We were quite comfortable. It is decorated super cute and was very close to walk to beach and pools. We all had a tough time sleeping because so much light comes through the window shades. Some curtains would make a huge difference! Also the kids beds were very creaky and woke them up multiple times during the night.

Nice and Simple

The location was near the beach, we could walk to the beach in under 5 minutes. The cleanliness did not meet our expectations for two reasons: 2 of the 3 beds had dirty sheets which included hair, and the porch was full of dirt and dust. We called management for a toiled that was not flushing and they fixed it within the hour. We also asked for soap which they had available at the front desk. If you do choose to go to this property I suggest you bring some lysol wipes and your own beach towels (since they do not supply these).

Beyond perfect!

All I have to say is WE LOVED THIS CONDO! Nothing bad to say at all! So cute and clean, close to the beach, and they provided everything we thought we needed (beach toys, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, extra towels, etc!) they had it all! Will book this condo again in the near future!

Nice Place!

We enjoyed our 5 day stay here. Everything was incredibly clean throughout. The beds were comfortable as well. They do have a Keurig coffee maker which was a nice surprise. There were no traditional large beach towels which was disappointing, but not a deal breaker. There were no hangers in the one closet so I had to go to the dollar store to but some. The Winn Dixie is super close so that trip was easy to make a few times. The three flights of stairs was only painful when unloading and loading the car with all of the luggage. Front office was very kind at check in!

Great option near the beach

This cute condo has plenty of space and is just a short walk to the beach. What more could you ask for? How about 3 pool as well as jacuzzis. Very close to the sights of old historic St. Augustine. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The rates were VERY reasonable. Just be aware that this does involve 3 flight is stairs. It helped to work off some of the vacation eating :)

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was great, it was just the right size for our visit. It was comfortable and overall very clean and pleasant. The beds were a little squeaky when you moved but very comfortable overall. The kitchen equipment was mostly new with the stove, dish washer and fridge. We really got a kick out of the fact that the oven and dishwasher seemed to "sing" to you when they were done. Do be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs as this was on the 3rd floor so that was a work out since there is no other way to get up to the 2nd or 3rd floors than stairs. This was a great condo to stay in and we will definitely come back.

Super cute, well-equipped condo in a great, convenient location!

After reading the 2 prior reviews, I definitely had my reservations about booking this condo-I am SO glad we decided to give it a chance! This rental was perfect for our family and we would love to stay again! We arrived to find an adorable, clean condo that had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. The pools were very nice and the complex as a whole was quaint and well-maintained. To address the concerns with prior reviews: We found the beds to be very comfortable and didn’t experience any issues with noise. The sheets in the master bedroom, while not brand new, were nothing to be concerned about. The bedrooms do come with good-sized smart TVs which we found to be more than adequate for our needs (but we also didn’t plan our vacation to watch cable). We left the ceiling fans on high and found no issue with those either. The couches were quite comfortable and not at all in need of repair. We had no issues with the door closing or locking. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return very soon! Thanks so much for everything!

Beach getaway with some waves

Cute place and it worked for a short stay. There were some issues:Twin beds were so uncomfortable (hard as a rock/squeaky) Ended up putting the mattress on the ground. Closet door broken in 2nd bedroom. The exit instructions say to put towels/sheets in washer before you leave but it is a tiny unit so be prepared to start the night before if you have more than one person. Office staff never available at opening time (8:30) always late. When we finally went in to turn in our required paperwork she was more interested in her phone than us. No TV instructions/Roku passwords available.People below us smoking dope on their balcony. Place was clean. Pool area and beach access nice. Liked that it was pet friendly.

Everything just ok.

The beds are very noisy. The bedroom tvs have no cable only smart tv access. The ceiling fans can’t be turned on high, cause they make a loud noise. The sofa and love seat needs some repair cause the arm cushions are missing and it’s just wood to rest your arm on. The condo needs a good cleaning. Don’t understand the cleaning fees when went the guest have to do the laundry and dishes before leaving. The front door doesn’t close sometimes and not very sound proof. You can hear everything in the hall. The 3rd story was nice, but the stairs gave you a good workout. The location wasn’t to bad. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. Not to far to downtown. The pool was nice.

Perfect if they made minor updates

Very nicely decorated and equiped apartment. Great size and good location. Nice condominium by the water and a short drive to St. Augustine. On the downside, the unit needs to upgrade their beds. The sheet are very old. Matresses are standard but some of them had a plastic protector that was too noisy and would wake us up in the night. We decided to remove them on our second night. Master bedroom bed base was defective and collapsed, since office was closed we just took it apart.
