This was our favorite of all the houses, condo’s or hotels we have ever stayed in! The villas are well equipped, very spacious, and comfortable. The beds were good, which is a huge plus for me! If we happen to come back to play pickleball in the 2026 World Games, we will definitely be back!

This place was amazing! We loved the location of it and the freedom that it offered my family. Even though we checked in after the office was closed, it was still easy to get to our place. My kids loved the pool area and I loved how well stocked the condo was. Will stay here again.

We had such a pleasant stay at the Villas at Southgate in St. George. The staff was so friendly and the accommodations were perfect. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This was a perfect place to stay to me, my partner and friend for the Ironman 70.3 weekend. The place was comfortable, tidy and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was super easy to check-in and park and everyone we interacted with was lovely.

Came down for a soccer tournament heat place to stay has a great heated pool and which is great in Jan and Feb. we have stayed here a few times. Will most likely stay again

This place was pretty nice. Cute, comfortable & clean for the most part. My only main complaint is the couch pull out mattress was sooo bad, it definitely needs to be replaced.

Quick trip

Very nice condo in a very quiet neighborhood next to a golf course. The condo was a little older but furnished nicely and had comfortable beds. The condo itself was clean and the grounds around were well taken care of. Both pool areas were very nice.

Great property!

Our stay was great! The condo was perfect for what we needed. The pool was amazing, warm and so much fun! I loved that there was a gym to work out in and my kids loved the park and the tennis/basketball court. My grandparents and now parents own a time share here so I’ve been coming since I was a little girl. We will continue to stay time and time again!

My first time there and we were amazed. The apartment is big and have everything we needed. All well kept and clean, begs and pillows perfect. After trying several hotels definitely I found our vacation place. No noise nobody bothering you. The pools were clean and perfectly clean with the right temperature. We used the barbecue grill( there are everywhere) and it worked perfectly. We won’t stay anywhere else in the future. Thanks so much for such a nice stay.

A peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Property is right next to a golf course. We are looking forward to the next vacation here. Family of 6 and we were pretty comfortable in the apartment. I would just prefer if they upgraded the dishwasher and the mattress on the pullout couch. But they did work for our needs. And the bed mattresses were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. The hours on Travelocity were incorrect though so confirm with property.

It was a very nice place to stay. Enjoyed the adult only pool and hot tub which offered more privacy than the family area. The rooms are starting to show their age and could use a little updating. Still very nice.
