Esta propiedad está ubicada en la comunidad cerrada Avalon, que cuenta con una amplia casa club que ofrece acceso a Internet WiFi gratuito, una gran piscina climatizada con área de barbacoa y un gimnasio abierto las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. El establecimiento se encuentra a poca distancia a pie del supermercado Publix y la tienda de licores, restaurantes como Abe's Place Tap & Grill y Thai Coconut, y otros centros comerciales.

El condominio fue completamente renovado en un estilo moderno en junio de 2018 y está ubicado en el segundo piso (superior). Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con estufa, nevera, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, así como todas las ollas y sartenes necesarias, platos y utensilios. La unidad cuenta con 1 cama king size y 1 sofá cama queen en la sala de estar, lavadora y secadora, así como toallas, almohadas y ropa de cama, un baño con ducha a ras de suelo, un amplio vestidor y un patio donde Usted puede disfrutar de su café o té de la mañana. En la unidad también encontrará un televisor UHD 4K de 55 '', un televisor HD de 39 '' en el dormitorio, acceso a internet Wifi ilimitado y llamadas ilimitadas con Canadá y EE. UU., Y todo lo necesario para un viaje a la playa: 4 sillas de playa , 1 sombrilla de playa, toallas de playa, enfriador y juguetes de playa.

El condominio se encuentra a solo 7 minutos de las playas galardonadas, como el famoso Pier 60 en Clearwater Beach, votado como uno de los mejores de EE. UU. En 2008, 2016 y 2018. Clearwater heaven for two adults
What an amazing condo with everything you could require for a stay in beautiful Clearwater, Fl. The condo is in an excellent location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a Publix across the road and Abe's Bar and Grill on the corner. The beach is appox. 4 miles away and can be reached by car in under 10 minutes. The condo itself is clean and modern with plenty of kitchen utensils and a large washer and drier. It looks exactly as the pictures show. The pool area is clean, tidy and secure with plenty of loungers and chairs. The host was excellent with great communication from beginning to end, nothing seemed too much trouble. Don't hesitate to book.

Das Appartment entspricht in allen Punkten der Anzeige, ja es ist letztlich schöner, als es die Bilder darstellen können. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und super sauber. Diese Ferienunterkunft lässt keine Wünsche mehr übrig. Wenn man mal nicht in ein paar Autominuten zum Strand fahren möchte, kann man den großen Pool nutzen. Liegen stehen ausreichend bereit und ein schattiges Plätzchen ist leicht zu finden. Einkaufen kam man direkt gegenüber. Die Kommunikation mit Doru und Alina war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. 😀 , kann man den wunderbaren Pool nutzen

We have never experienced such wonderful communication as we received with Doru & Alina! They were quick to respond to questions and took the time to reach out and make sure our stay was what we expected. The condo was extremely clean and was as advertised in the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool and the convenience of close parking. We would definitely stay in this unit again. I would give the experience higher than 10/10!!!

Excellent hosts & condo!
These hosts were the best communicators ever, and we've rented a lot of properties over the past 20 years. Doru & Alina respond very quickly to messages and questions. The apartment is clean, very nicely decorated and worked perfectly for us. The pool is heated and there's a workout room. The apartment and property are as advertised on vrbo. We used Uber to get around and it worked great - Sand Key Beach or Clearwater Beach are a 10-15 min drive away. (Sand Key Beach is quieter during spring break; Clearwater Beach is very busy.) There's a Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery store, and several restaurants within very close walking distance. These owners obviously care about providing great customer service to their guests, and we would absolutely rent from them again. Cheers and thanks, Alina & Doru! :-)

Home Away from Home
My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here in Clearwater and decided this property best suited our needs for our 7 day stay. Everything was cleaned and well taken care of. The location was less then 5 min away from the beach and maybe 15 mins from Tampa. The owners were so nice and checked in with us just to make sure we had gotten there okay which was a nice touch. My husband loved that the property came with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and magazine guides for the area. We will certainly be booking this place again!

Clean, well appointed, and thoughtful prompt communication
My husband and I have now stayed in 4 different units at The Avalon property. This was our favorite! I have many environmental sensativities and when I inquired about specific sensitivity concerns, I was greeted with prompt responses and compassion. Extra consideration and care was taken to insure I would have no issues during our stay. It was even offered that they would reach out to another owners of I felt their might be a problem. Their were no problems. The unit was freshly clean and sparkling! We had everything we needed. We made use of the comfy beach chairs and washer/dryer provided. The king size bed was comfy and we had plenty of space inside the unit. This is a second floor unit and we had no issues with noise. Parking was very close to the unit (and in the shade). We were able to actually see our car from the unit. The grounds were well maintained and the huge pool is amazing. To our delight we experienced no smoking as we walked about the property and spent time at the pool. In the past we have enjoyed the opportunity to use the pool side grill but, not this trip. The condition of the unit and parking, grounds and pool along with the convenience of being close to Clearwater beach and all our favorite restaurants, having Publix, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree right across the street makes us location premium. We will for sure seek out this unit and property owner(s) for our next stay in Clearwater as our first choice. Thank you!

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 1 Woche gemietet und hätten es nicht besser antreffen können! Daher uneingeschränkte 5-Sterne-Bewertung und absolute Weiterempfehlung!!! Sauber, ganz toll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Tolle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Doru und Alina. Lage perfekt zum Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Super Anlage, gepflegt und ruhig mit tollem Pool. Wir waren schon mehrmals in den USA, aber dies war bisher das schönste Objekt. Sollten wir wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen, ist dies unsere erste Wahl. Danke Doru und Alina, es war sehr sehr schön bei euch!

We have stayed at Avalon before - this unit was very clean, provided all the essentials and host was very easy To work with and provided clear information. I would definitely stay here again. Location provides great access to everything in Clearwater and around Tampa/ St Pete.
