Small but absolutely beautiful room downtown with classic decor that made it feel like a guest room in an estate rather than a hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. We arrived after valet service had closed, but they took care of the car anyway. Walkable to food and shopping.

The guest house was the perfect location for my visit. Very close to all the action and great restaurants downtown. The off street parking was appreciated and the property was quiet and secure. I hope to book here again.

Good accommodations with only a couple small inconveniences. Although our suite was a good size, it was a little dimly lit. And the bathroom was situated close to the bed; whenever either my husband or I got up to use the restroom in the night, it was inevitable that we would wake the other one up. But these were small matters. The property overall was comfortable and convenient to the Boise area.

First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Front desk said they cleaning staff was understaffed. Hallway carpets were in tatters plus piles of dirty laundry lined hallways (on that tattered carpet) *throughout* the building. Exterior sliding glass door in our room did not lock.
