“We had a fantastic stay in August! The location was perfect—right on the water, with kayaks available. The bedrooms were comfortable and all had great views. Our favorite place was the tiki for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It was the first vacation we had in a few years, and relaxation was fulfilled by the Hemingway House and Key West!We did spend some time figuring out the HVAC system. One thermostat seemed to be the main one while the second acted as a satellite.”

“Such a lovely house and property. The view of the ocean was right outside the back porch. The swimming pool was also great, shaded in the afternoon. There's even an outside shower by the pool to rinse off. I love that it's salt water, not chlorinated. The host was excellent and answered questions quickly. My only complaints are the bed in the 1st bedroom was not very comfortable and 2 outlets in the kitchen don't work. ”

“The house was ok. Very cute. Furniture is very low and that’s coming from someone not tall (5’3) so if you are tall, you will not like the table, chairs, or living room. The house seemed clean but the coffee maker had old grounds left in it that were growing mold. I did notify the host and they brought a replacement coffee maker the next morning. In fact, dogs are not even allowed in the park. We had to walk them to the front and out of the park everyday. The pictures on the listing do not fairly represent the property either.
