"The Fairmont is a centrepiece of Baku. The hotel staff are phenomenal, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated. The reception is welcoming. We were met by Survan who was exceptional. His attention to detail to ensure your stay with them was paramount. He went above and beyond and a credit to the hotel chain. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal were superb. A young Manager in Le Bistro was very engaging and welcoming, and the food was outstanding. Recommended to stay at this hotel, don’t waste your time staying anywhere else in Baku. "

Make sure you visit sky restaurant on 24 floor with beautiful outdoor terrace- the best time at night for the city view. I stayed at this hotel 42 years ago, now, and I will come back again for sure.
