“Nuestra instancia en Fusto fue terrible la habitación no estaba lista no sabía nadie en él local de nuestra reservación y no tenían idea de nada. Un total descontrol y desacierto por parte de el hotel fusto. Además el perro de fusto atacó a mi perro cachorro. No es digno para ir. Peor experiencia de mi vida. ”

“Zona tranquila, habitación limpia pero no hay ascensor ”

“I booked this place for a two day wind-down near the airport after a long two month trip. It said it had a restaurant and pool (pictured) so I planned to stay on site and relax. When I arrived it turned out the pool and restaurant were closed?! There was no apology or explanation given, I was told I could “order delivery”. For five meals. Can you imagine the cost? And it’s beside the point, do they not think guests choose places to stay based on the facilities offered? I chose a this place for……

“Our stay couldn't have been better at Las Hortensia's. From picking us up from the airport to breakfast made for two, Elizabeth and Nicole were the best hostesses. We will definitely stay there in the future.”

“I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. ”

“Airport shuttle was great! The property is like a compound though, you cannot go in & out except through locked gate. I paid cash for my room & desk clerk said she had no change but would give to me in morning but when I left she never offered, that was disappointing. It was only $3 and I would have left for tip anyway but it would have been nice to be acknowledged & not assumed. The breakfast was good but I found over all the hostel was too much $ when there are better comparable properties in……
