“We had a lovely weekend. The place is exactly as per the photos, it’s very clean. Lovely outdoor space to have dinner and breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. They provided us with a lot of amenities, as well as food such as jams, coffee, tea etc. The area is very nice and relaxing, a nice getaway from the city. Would highly recommend this stay!”

“Had a great weekend in this tiny home. It's really well appointed and modern. Plenty of how water and a great shower. It was really cold while we were there, but had a heat pump so we were cozy. Takeaway and pub a short drive away in Tamahere. It was an easy short flat walk to the Te Awa River path which allowed us to walk to Hamilton Gardens in around 1 hour on beautiful boardwalks along the Waikato river. As it's a tiny home and the bed on the mezanine, you can't stand up in the bedroom, but……

“I was so impressed with the Kozy Kottage, it was perfect and homely. There was food in the cupboards, fridge and freezer, all there for you to use, including eggs, milk, bread, condiments and all you need for cooking, oil, salt pepper etc and fruit in the fruit bowl, the beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure.
