Nuestra casa bien equipada está bellamente amueblada. Cuenta con nuevas sillas de comedor, sofá y love love comprados en marzo de 2019, 4 terrazas, 2 con vista al puerto (donde se han visto nadar manatíes y delfines), 4 televisores, cable, internet, lavadora / secadora, encimeras de granito y acero inoxidable. accesorios. Azulejos y pisos de madera noble en todo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama con dosel rey y baño en-suite, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio con baño en suite, y el 3er dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y está situado al lado del baño principal. El sofá se saca en una cómoda cama de matrimonio. Además, tenemos un colchón de aire queen disponible y un pack n play.

La casa de pueblo se encuentra en el Resort & Club at Little Harbor, que está justo en Tampa Bay entre Tampa y Sarasota, pero lejos de las multitudes.

La playa está a sólo yardas de nuestra casa. En primera línea de playa se puede disfrutar de servicio completo de comidas durante todo el día, el tiki bar con entretenimiento en vivo, y las hermosas puestas de sol sobre la Bahía de Tampa. Great condo. Very clean. Nice location. Great, friendly restaurant near by. Ease of use and communications. Only downfall was no TP upon arrival and master bedroom’s a/c wasn’t working well. Owner was to have it repaired. Overall good experience.

Beautiful
We loved everything about this beautiful home. It felt like home away from home. There was plenty of space for our family and many extra amenities: extra beach towels, mini fans in each room, a mini cooler for the beach, bikes, beach chairs, blow up mattress, extra blankets and sheets as needed. Very well stocked. Julie was attentive to our needs and available whenever we had a question. Her responses were prompt and caring. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Nice Getaway
I visited this condo with 4 friends. It was beautiful!! The balconies facing the water were so relaxing and we saw manatees every day! The bedrooms were all big and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked for use. Check in and entry was so easy. Julie gave some great suggestions. The beaches are about a 30 minute drive but it was not bad at all. We only tried one restaurant on site and it was good. We did have an issue with the A/C in the main bedroom which made sleeping a little uncomfortable but I contacted the host and she was trying to work on it. I would’ve given it 5 overall stars if we were at least offered a couple nights or even one night refund. It was hot! Overall, if you want to be in the middle of action this is not the place for you. If you want a quiet, relaxing time this is perfect!

Beautiful home, great views, a relaxing place
My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this home on this property. It was very relaxing and the beach truly is just a short walk away. An osprey visited every night on a tree by the inlet and stayed until the next morning. We saw manatees each day too in the inlet. This home was very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere about it. Julie was excellent in communicating with. I'll definitely choose this home again should I ever go back to the area.

The property is terrific. The house is comfortable and the layout is great. The kitchen had every appliance and dish needed to make a meal. As advertised, we got to see manatees and walk to the beach. Loved it.

Manatees, Dolphins, and Relaxation, Oh My!
This was such a hidden treasure! Watching the manatees off the deck was my favorite, but the private beach, pool/hot tub (also where you watch the dolphins!), appetizers from Hooks (in the complex at the pool), and watching the sunset while eating at Sunset Grill (in the complex at the beach) were close seconds. The kids also enjoyed the game room and basketball court. Everything I mentioned is in the complex and an easy walk if you don't want to drive. The location is also about an hour from other great places to check out. For those of you with kids, it's good to know that there is a first-floor bedroom next to a common bathroom, thenthe next floor has another bedroom (with its own bathroom), and the master (also its own bathroom). Each room has its own deck (the master looks over the Manatee's grove) and spacious closet and drawer space. If you're looking for a peaceful location--look no further. You are surrounded by peace here! Side note: The owners checked in on Day 1 to ensure everything was all set. This was very much appreciated (just in case), and I was happy to say that everything met our expectations (exceeded, really!).

Beautiful stay
The unit is very nice. We sat on the balcony to watch the manatees in the lagoon. I made a mistake with our reservation, and Julie, the host, noticed it before me. She contacted me and resolved the issue with efficiency, grace and respect. We then continued to enjoy our stay as I had originally intended. Seamless. Thanks, Julie. Great house and location!
We had a great time and the property exceeded our expectations! Was clean and very well stocked. The host, Julie, checked in with me the first day to make sure we had everything that we needed. We liked the central location between Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota. Enjoyed seeing the manatees from our windows and the private pool. We ended up dining every night at The Sunset Bar and Grill, which is within the complex. They have live entertainment every night, amazing calamari, and the best key lime pie I ever had! Also great outdoor seating and sunsets! We will definitely book again!

Nice place!
Family of 5, plenty of room, beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything you'd need, she thought of everything through and through. House took a long while to cool down, but in all fairness it was 100 degrees out! Two broken things in master but we worked around them easily. The complex needs to do a better job of signage, but that is zero reflection on the homeowner. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!

Perfect stay for larger families
This home was perfect for families. The owner provided bath and beach towels, pack n plays, and an extra blow up mattress. Every room was clean. The home instructions were thorough, and the property manager responded very promptly. There was one broken item, but nothing that inhibited our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools a big family might need including a slow cooker. Very nice place.

Good location for what we needed
The owner was very responsive to our issues before and during our stay. The house was wonderful, having a terrace for each bedroom and living room was perfect for privacy and to relax. Stayed in this location for the Southshore Bay Lagoon which is a must visit! Saw manatees in the morning off of the terrace which was so nice. The amentities associated with the house were a 15 minute walk and in the Florida heat was not great. The beach was very small and not worth paying to park. The Sunset grill was nice for the sunset but pricey. The fishing pier was choppy and windy and not condusive to fishing but the pool and gym located at the Inn at Little Harbor was very nice. Overall it was exactly what we needed to relax.

A sweet spot for relaxing
We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen is small but well stocked. We had 5 stay plus a local visitor who used the pullout one night. Each room having its own lanai was perfect for having a variety of sleeping schedules. We had everything we needed for a great week. Julie made suggestions for local sites, restaurants, and stores. The beach at the condo is small but has a beautiful view of sunsets over St. Petersburg. We spent a whole day there and enjoyed the proximity to our kitchen. We took our paddleboard and had a great time paddling around the calm bay. One day we went to Anna Marie Island, which was gorgeous water and sand. Only an hour drive so a wonderful day trip. We also went to St. Pete’s for the Dali Museum and delicious tapas. Since our daughter lives in Tampa, we hope to be back!! We didn’t want to crank the a/c down too low and freeze out the downstairs, so The upstairs rooms stay warm at night and it is too warm outside at night to open the doors for air so if you sleep hot, we’d suggest bringing a fan. That was the only not perfect aspect!

"Little" Piece Of Paradise
